The Board of Governors has published three journals about the core values of the POF (educational offer)
The first issue “Principles and Rules” is a formulation and a list of all the rules regarding our school community.
The second issue “ Teaching aims and Assessment” was born on the occasion of the abolition of “esami di riparazione”(i.e. at the end of the summer the students who had not passed some subjects during the school year were tested on them ). Its aim was to define common obejctive assessment criteria.
The third issue “ Teaching plans. The subject contents” aims at being a small step towards equal learning opportunities through an agreement on the basic knowledge common to all the school courses.
Individual differences in the teaching procedures will be respecetd and experimenting and innovation will be favoured ; the departments, though, will have a common reference basis irrespective of the course or class each teacher belongs to.
